We want to cultivate team health through play, phycology and growth models from the best researchers in the business world. Pulling from work from Brene Brown, Patrick Lencioni, John Dewey, Jim Loehr, and many others who study thriving, wholeheartedness, burnout, and working genius.
A modern approach
We know that both in person and virtual trainings are here to stay. Our goal is to provide offerings for the group in person and the virtual team for team play and team thriving.
A cathedral of redwoods are able to thrive because they allow their root systems to become intertwined, providing the support needed to survive the major windstorms that frequent the California coast. In the same way we must learn how to intertwine and support each other as a group in order to weather the certain storms of the modern working world.

In-person cooperative games designed to build collaboration, problem solving, and awareness of team roles. Typically, meetings are 2 hours and have at least 20 people.

Using the Myer’s Briggs Type indicator, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and tools to help others improve their self-awareness and make constructive use of personality differences. You’ll also learn how to use the MBTI framework with your organization to boost performance and enhance your communication, decision-making, collaboration, and more.
